Use these nine questions to prepare a sheet or fabrication order. Prices, samples, quantities, dimensions and schedules are confirmed for the actual enquiry rather than fixed by an old FAQ.

1. How do I request a quotation?

Provide grade, colour, dimensions, quantity, application and destination. For fabricated components, include drawings and tolerances. Request currency, trade term and quotation validity.

2. Can I request samples?

Ask which samples are available and confirm charges, courier costs and dispatch timing. Custom colour development needs separate feasibility and approval.

3. How many sheets fit a container?

Request a loading plan based on sheet dimensions, weight, packing, adhesive and applicable freight limits. Do not treat an old piece count as a guaranteed container capacity.

4. Which catalogue should I use?

Request the current catalogue and identify the collection and colour codes in your order. Screen images cannot replace physical sample approval.

5. Can I order custom samples or colours?

Discuss the reference, sample dimensions, finish and acceptance criteria. An approximate colour is not an automatic match to another brand or an existing installation.

6. What finish should I specify?

Agree the final matte, satin or other approved finish using a physical sample. Sanding grit alone does not define the finished appearance.

7. Can I use private-label packaging?

Confirm artwork, labelling, minimum quantity and technical-document responsibilities in writing before production.

8. Which adhesive do I need?

Specify the sheet colour and application. Confirm compatible adhesive, pack size, shelf life, storage and working instructions.

9. How are delivery and claims handled?

Confirm production timing, packing, shipping term, inspection and replacement procedure. Request current written warranty terms for the exact product.
