Composition of Pure Acrylic Solid Surface and Modified Acrylic Solid Surface

Pure acrylic solid surface sheet is made of:

 1).  Methyl Methacrylate(MMA)+PMMA resin: 40%~44%  (From Mitsubishi, Japanese )

2).   Hydrated Aluminum Oxide Powder(ATH): 53%~57%  ( From China CHALCO )

3).  Other:About 2% (Like Chips,Pigments,accessory ingredient) (From Akzo Nobel)

Modified acrylic solid surface sheet is made of

1).   Methyl Methacrylate(MMA)+PMMA resin: 4%~8% (From Mitsubishi, Japanese )

2).   Unsaturated Polyester Resin (UPR): 26%  ( From TIAN HE & XINYANG )

3).   Hydrated Aluminum Oxide Powder(ATH): 60%  ( From China CHALCO )

4).   Anti-ultraviolet Resin: 0.38% (From Akzo Nobel)

5).   Other:About 6% (Like Chips,Pigments, accessory ingredient)
