KSTONE Distributor Enquiries: What to Prepare and Confirm

A distributor enquiry should define the market, product scope and service model. KSTONE welcomes discussions about solid surface supply; pricing, territory and support arrangements require a written agreement.

Describe your market

Provide the country or region, target customers, current channels, fabrication capabilities and expected order quantities. Distinguish sheet distribution from selling installed counters or fabricated basins.

Choose the initial range

Discuss pure or modified acrylic grades, colours, dimensions and compatible adhesive. Approve samples and required technical documents before stocking. Plan batch identification, spare material and repeat-order colour expectations.

Define service responsibilities

Confirm who handles enquiries, technical guidance, fabrication, installation, local repairs and warranty claims. Discuss training or marketing support explicitly; exhibition funding, co-branding and exclusive territory are not automatic commitments.

Agree commercial terms

Confirm minimum quantities, pricing, payment, delivery term, packing, inspection and replacement procedures. Review territory or exclusivity, if proposed, through the appropriate agreement before announcing a partnership.

Start with a measurable trial

Assess sample requests, qualified enquiries, order conversion, stock turnover and repeat sales. Use actual demand to plan inventory. A general market-growth statement is not a guarantee of distributor profit.
