Choosing KSTONE Sheets, Adhesive or Fabricated Components

Start by deciding what the supplier should deliver: raw sheets, compatible adhesive or finished solid surface components. A clear scope helps avoid gaps between material supply, fabrication and installation.

Raw sheet supply

Specify pure or modified acrylic, colour code, sheet dimensions, thickness, quantity and intended use. Approve the physical sample and request product-specific technical information. Current dimensions and availability need confirmation in the quotation.

Adhesive supply

Identify the sheet collection, colour and joint application. Confirm compatible adhesive, storage, shelf life and working instructions. A colour code is a starting point; approve a finished joint because colour, pattern and workmanship affect visibility.

Finished components

Provide drawings, tolerances, edge profiles, cut-outs, support and final finish. Clarify assembly, packing and installation responsibilities. Curves or integrated basins need a design review and appropriate prototype.

Quality and order approval

Agree inspection criteria, batch identification, sample approval and replacement handling before production. Confirm required test documents and written warranty. No general article can guarantee all international approvals or a delivery date.

Prepare the enquiry

Send the specification, drawings, quantities, destination and required date. Compare the complete supply scope rather than a raw-sheet price alone.

Review the supplier versus manufacturer guide and cost guide. Contact KSTONE with your specification and drawings for product-specific guidance.
