Give each candidate the same grade, colour, dimensions, thickness, quantity, application and delivery destination. Request current product documents and samples linked to the proposed specification.

Review quality and fabrication

Inspect colour, surface defects, dimensions and a joint mock-up. Complex curved work requires a representative trial. Agree inspection criteria before production rather than relying on claims of superior raw materials.

Compare export responsibilities

Review packing, trade term, production schedule, shipment documents, replacement handling and written warranty. Compare the complete cost for the actual supply scope.
